The condo was so nice! Everything we needed was there. The area was gorgeous. We would love to stay there anytime we go to the lake!

I stayed here while working remotely and this was by far one of the most peaceful locations. easy parking! smaller condo complex with 4 units per building. nice pool. I loved being so close to the water. I slept like a baby, the bed is SO comfortable! I cant wait to stay here again. Thank you!

Kristin was a great communicator! Location is great, inside was very clean and price was good for a holiday weekend and I booked it pretty last minute.

The only feedback I have is the porch was filled with spider webs and wasn’t the cleanest on the deck, and we spent some time cleaning it when we got there. Of course not a deal breaker but wanted to note that.

Would def visit again!

The condo was very nice- clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for us. The view of the lake was beautiful from the deck. We enjoyed the pool and fishing from the dock. While the condo location was secluded, it was close to many good restaurants, bars, and shopping. We would love to book this condo again.

A great condo in a small, very nice complex. Easy to park. Very few steps to the condo. It's very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything I needed to make our meals. The bed was very comfortable. The pool is small but was never crowded. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying at Kristin's place. It allowed us to enjoy our anniversary trip to the Lake of the Ozarks. We were right on the water and the view was so pretty! Would highly recommend!

Listing was wrong. Listed a charcoal grill and had an electric grill.
They ran a gas leaf blower all the way around our condo starting at 8:30 am.
Everything else was fine

It was raining all week but still was a nice get away.

Kristin's condo exceeded expectations. I'm glad we grabbed dinner on the way to check in because once we got there all we wanted to do was sit back and enjoy the place! Everything was spotless and well organized. All comforts of home were available! I felt so at home that I grabbed a cozy blanket and napped on the couch after dinner. For being a condo, it was extremely quiet and private. Even the patio had dividers so you weren't looking directly into neighboring units. I sat outside both that evening and the next morning enjoying the view (even though it was chilly and rainy it was still wonderful). I was almost sad to have to check out. I could've sat outside all day enjoying the Serenity. We will be back!

We loved our stay here. The view was amazing! We literally could be in the bedroom and see the lake! The condo was very nice and cozy! It was great for a weekend getaway. We would love to come back in the summer time to enjoy the pool and lake. The location was ideal too. It wasn't far from restaurants, shopping, etc. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again.

The property was as described and very well maintained. My only complaint would be the upstairs neighbors were very loud early in the morning. I’m not sure if they were renters or full time tenants. But we would definitely recommend and rent this property again.

Quiet, quaint little space with an excellent view. Great for watching sunsets from the balcony. Great pool with a spacious deck.

Great option for business travelers to the lake...5 minutes to Tan Tar A and much better experience. Would stay there again for sure !!

Place is in an excellent location . The Condo was clean had plenty of spare tp , paper towels and soap . But the kitchen drain was slow , the garbage disposal didn't work & the light above the sink wasn't working and there wasn't a dish towel for drying dishes . Some of the plates and flatware weren't washed very good . the right sofa cushion cushion cover zipper was broken and a chair in the photos and coffee table in the photos weren't there . Really missed that couldn't put my feet up ! The shower worked great but the inside door track wasn't aligned properly and the grout on the tiles needs a good scrubbing .
The bedside tables tops were blistered as if it had gotten soaked with liquid or from placing something hot on them . And another minor thing the cabinet top behind the entry door had a strip had gotten pulled off so you can see the wood ? underneath it .
All the appliances worked & there was plenty of plates , bowls and serving spoons , spatulas , kitchen knifes etc.

Great place for 2 people! Nice pool all the residents were nice to us as renters. We will stay there again.

The condo was clean and in a very good location. The neighbors were very friendly and helpful. There was lots of toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo , bodywash and towels available for your use. I just wish the check out time was later.

I will definitely be back, clean, beautiful deck next to the lake w/ a grill outside & had a pool if wanted to swim. Had all kitchen appliances, like toaster, pots & pans, paper towels, ice. Check in and out were super easy the instructions were helpful. When I texted for help with the thermostat she responded quickly. Fun things to do close by for fun, Margaritaville is literally so close to you, where you can rent boats & jet skis. Swim for free & drink, ride horses ect. Also big surf Waterpark is 10min away. We loved it here. Couldn’t ask for a better getaway! Thanks! 🙂

Would definitely book again

This was the best place to enjoy a nice quiet weekend! We got to town a little earlier than we thought. We were allowed to get in a little early, which was great. Place was really clean. I wish that there was cutting board and some light bulbs were burnt out in the kitchen bedroom. Other than that it was great!!!

The location is great. Peaceful and easy to find. However, items in the condo were lacking and several things needed attention. Light bulbs out, amenities missing, watered down soap, several other small things. Overall I do not think I would visit again at that price point. I left Kristin a message and never got a response. Slightly disappointed. We still had a good trip though.

we only stayed for one night on our drive thru but it was great and everything we needed! it was quiet and peaceful! the pool was relaxing and the neighbors were super nice! we grilled on the back patio and dined watching the sunset! very beautiful!

This property was fantastic. A quiet little hideaway. No complaints whatsoever, it was just what we were looking for. It was close enough to restaurants and other hiking that you could explore.

The specific instructions for the heating and the TV were not available and were hard to figure out. A simple instruction sheet would solve all these problems. Everything else was fine and very nice. I texted questions to her that went unanswered.

I loved it me and my girlfriend enjoyed it so much. Even with it being cold we loved sitting outside on the private deck. Would love to comeback and see it in the summer

Kristin's place was a perfect home base. I was close to LOTO State Park and HaHa Tonka. There are several places to grab food on KK, a great gas station really close, there's a liquor store, coffee shop... the area has grown since my Tan Tara Days at the lake!
The condo itself was a cozy space for me to relax after long hikes. Neat and clean, Hot shower with great water pressure, a comfortable bed... I was in heaven. Loved waking up to a water view! Happy to have found this gem last minute

the condo and the view of the lake were just beautiful! would have liked a dock to jump/swim off of, but the pool wasn't busy so we just hung out there instead while looking at the lake! All in all great stay!

What a beautiful stay. Perfect for two children my wife and I . We loved waking up to the lake view and listening to the water at night .

This is an awesome place! It's small and cozy but accomidated my wife and two teenage children just fine. The location is great, just feet from the waters edge. The main channel is visible from the deck. It was clean and the small kitchen had everything we needed (including a coffee maker for the morning). The docks need a little love and attention. We had a blast swimming right from the dock for a bit after boating one day and saw a few fishing from the docks as well. Overall, a great time and would recommend this to anyone staying in the area!

Great little Condo for 2 people. We spent more time on the patio than inside the condo. Great location and view of the lake. Nice gas grill on the deck we used each day, for lunch and dinner. Well stocked kitchen for cooking and preparing food.
Fished right by our deck, swam in the pool that was steps away. The only complaint is We could hear the people in condo above us whenever they walked around, day or night. The cost did seem high for the small
size of the place.

The place felt right at home the moment we stepped in. Would return again and extend our stay to enjoy the beautiful location much more and it’s surrounding area.

My friends and I LOVED waking up by the water all weekend it was clean and very “welcoming” were already looking at dates to make another trip!
